RemoteGen®- The Intelligent Control System for CHP plants
Our RemoteGen ® system monitors the exhaust temperature for each cylinder. The temperatures are compared to each other.
If there is a difference on one clylinder th plant will shut down. This control system ensures a long running time of your plant and obviously expencieve troubles of each cylinder.
 

Our RemoteGen ® system is available in 3 stages:
1) exhaust-temperature-control with immediate shutdown of the engine
2) monitoring of all important parameters on the Internet or on a local PC
3) RemoteGenDia®, module for the diagnosis and recording of all important
    parameters

 
 1.) exhaust-temperature-control with immediate shutdown of the engine


Exhaust temperature monitoring for each cylinder consisting of 6/8/10/12 channel temperature. With the help of TwinCAT® PLC controlling the temperature readings will be evaluated. The system is in a terminal box fitted with window. The smart terminal box is in the vicinity of the driving-engine. The terminal box transmits signals to all major Generating Set control.

 

 2.) monitoring of all important parameters on the Internet or on a local PC


The optional monitoring module offers the possibility to monitor the engine and query all the major conditions of the generating set over an Ethernet TCP / IP interface. This interface can be connected to the Internet. With a browser e.g. Internet Explorer, you can login from around the world.

Furher you have got the possibility to connect at this interface a pc or intranet.

 3.) RemoteGenDia®, module for diagnosis a. recording of all important parameters


This optional module be installed on a local PC, via network connection (Ethernet TCP / IP interface) the PC communicates with the TwinCAT® PLC control. There are all the important conditions of Gernerting Set and leave in a CSV file. This file will be evaluated. With these evaluations, you have the possibility of setting up archiving of your data.
For the record, it is necessary that the local PC is permanently attached to the plant.
